“Each of these facets—physical appearance, density, aroma, flavor, and potency—are continually scrutinized and carefully nurtured by our growing team. With the goal of bringing every plant to its fullest expression.” -Rock Davis
Lilac City Gardens (LCG) is a family-run I-502 Tier 2 grow based in Airway Heights, Washington. The operation is efficient, clean, and emanates a unique warmth. The kindhearted environment stems from the closeness of the staff, and permeates throughout the entire business.
Rock Davis, owner of LCG, had been growing medical cannabis in California for years before I-502 was passed in Washington. When he heard the news of I-502, Davis jumped at the opportunity to move back to Washington and start his own grow. Thrilled to be working with family and friends again, Davis brought his medical knowledge with him and created something all his own. Using a series of small rooms to compartmentalize grow stages, Davis is able to stop problems in their tracks.
LCG is currently expanding their facility and the project can’t finish quickly enough, stressed Davis. They sell out of flower, joints, hash, and Rosin almost instantly. Sour Berry is a fan favorite, and a few others are on regular rotation. In an exciting new venture, the team has recently started to breed their own strains.
Preferring an intimate hands-on approach, the custom soil blends are mixed by hand, and water is run through a reverse osmosis and U.V. filter before being applied to the plants. As a result, LCG’s final product is picturesque, pungent, and powerful.
Davis’ philosophy is simple, “Each of these facets—physical appearance, density, aroma, flavor, and potency—are continually scrutinized and carefully nurtured by our growing team. With the goal of bringing every plant to its fullest expression,” he shared. This artisan level of mindfulness develops products that do more than just entice the senses, it creates an entirely unique cannabis experience.
