ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL: Cinder—North Division

ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL: Cinder—North Division 4

Driving north out of downtown Spokane and up Division street, you’ll see an expansive billboard for Cinder directing you where to stop and grab some amazing cannabis products.

People:

Talking with Becca Johnson, regional manager for the Cinder brand, I’m delighted to learn that their staff is certified to help medical marijuana patients. Keeping hardworking, knowledgeable staff is simple when you run facilities with an outstanding attitude and company mantra: Cinder “want[s] to be a shop [where] anyone and everyone can come in and get great service.” Walking through the door, I receive a friendly hello from one of several budtenders who walk around and chat with each and every customer. This welcoming atmosphere makes it easy for newbies and veteran smokers alike to find the products they’re looking for.

Products:

While watching the LCD monitors displayed on the wall, you can see category-specific products, making it easy to inquire more information about anything that catches your eye. I was pleased to see a whole plant extract from Ethos considering RSO has been a large part of the medical marijuana scene for many years. Looking at all the flower selections, I see brands I know and trust like Kush Valley, THCBD, Fireline and Kush Comfort Farms—to name a few. With floor display cases filled up with edibles, extracts, capsules, topical rubs and pre-rolls, it’s easy to survey all the products Cinder has to offer.

Business:

Cinder North has been busy revamping the culture of the Cinder brand, remodeling display cases and counters to reflect their modern image. With two locations and a third one on the way, you can now get the same products, service and experience at the North store as the Spokane Valley store. Creating a social media following has been a big step for Cinder, and you can now see specials, new products and featured products on Instagram (@Cindernorth), WeedMaps (Cinder Spokane), Leafly (Cinder Spokane), AllBud (Cinder on Division) and on the Cinder website—CinderSmoke.com.
